TOLEDO -- The owner of a Toledo bar where six patrons were shot in February has reached a final agreement to close the business for good.
Published reports reveal the deal was struck with city officials to close Mugshots bar and surrender its liquor license.
As part of the agreement, owner Hellal Jospeh must transfer ownership of the liquor license within six months.
While Joseph can sell the building, it will never be allowed to operate as a bar again, according to the deal.
