TOLEDO -- Police have arrested a man they say is responsible for the murder of a teen and injuring two others during a shooting last Friday.

TPD said Kevin James, 20, turned himself in Tuesday afternoon. He is charged with one count of murder and two counts of felonious assault in connection with the shooting of three victims at a Gas N Go on Cherry Street.

Witnesses told police that a vehicle pulled up to the gas station lot and the occupants spoke with one of the victims before shots rang out.

Moore was taken to St. Vincent's hospital and pronounced dead shortly after arriving. Creonna Ballard and Robee Ware, both 18, were also taken to the hospital and are expected to survive.

James is expected to be in court on Wednesday morning.
