TOLEDO -- Police have issued warrants for the arrest of Kevin James, 21, for the murder of a teen and the shooting of two others at a Cherry Street gas station.

Montrese Moore, 19; Creonna Ballard, 18 and Robee Ware, 18, were inside the Gas N Go station lot when a vehicle pulled in and stopped. The occupants spoke with one victim and then opened fire.

Moore was taken to St. Vincent's hospital and pronounced dead shortly after arriving. Ballard and Ware are expected to survive.

Moore is Toledo's third homicide victim of the week and the 6th of 2012
