BOWLING GREEN -- The former Wood County Park District ranger charged with voyeurism and theft in office pleaded not guilty on Thursday.

John Millinger, 26, is accused of snapping photos and video of park visitors with a hidden camera in a restroom. The Wood County Grand jury indicted him last week on 11 counts of voyeurism, three counts of theft in office and one count tampering with evidence.

A pre-trial hearing is set for May 1. He was released on his own recognizance, but he is not allowed to access video recording devices, computers or the Internet.
