BOWLING GREEN -- The State Highway Patrol released new information Friday about last week's wrong-way crash on I-75 that left four people dead including three Bowling Green State University students.

The patrol says 69-year-old Winifred Lein of Perrysburg left her job at the Toledo North Assembly Plant around 1:47 a.m.

The patrol says the first 911 call about a wrong-way driver came in about a half hour later at 2:14 a.m. Two minutes later, a state trooper spotted Lein's car traveling southbound in the northbound lanes near milepost 186. And seconds later, Lein's vehicle struck a car carrying five BGSU sorority sisters, killing herself and three of the students.

Christina Goyett, 19, of Bay City, Mich., Sarah Hammond, 21, of Yellow Springs, Ohio, and Rebekah Blakkolb, 20, of Aurora, Ohio died.

Two other passengers -- Kayla Somoles, 19, of Parma, Ohio, and Angelica Mormile, 19, of Garfield Heights, Ohio remain in critical condition at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center.

State troopers say no businesses in the Perrysburg, Rossford and Northwood areas around I-75 reported seeing Lein before the crash.

The patrol will release more details soon including the results of toxicology reports.
