MAUMEE -- Two California men are behind bars in Lucas County after a half a million dollar pot bust on the Ohio Turnpike.

State troopers pulled over a semi with California plates for a marked lanes violation near mile marker 57 in Maumee Monday morning.

Troopers say the driver and passenger were acting suspiciously, so they searched the tractor trailer. That's when they uncovered 100 pounds of hydroponic weed worth $500,000 on the street.

38-year-old Ming Son Sun and 38-year-old Jimmy Yat Man Lau were arrested.
