TOLEDO -- A Toledo nurse is accused of stealing pain medications from cancer patientis.

33-year-old Nicholas Kukiela is facing eight felony charges.

Investigatigators say he stole morphine and fentanyl while he worked at Advanced Speciality Hospital in Toledo.

They say Kukiela took the meds on eight different occasions in december.

He's been released from jail pending his next court date.

If convicted he could get up to 12 years in prison.,
