FINDLAY -- Despite meeting for the past two days, there is no agreement between Cooper Tire and the locked out United Steelworkers in Findlay.

The union says negotiations have not broken off but are open.  They say they told the tire maker they are ready to talk some more when company was ready.  But the union is waiting to hear back from Cooper Tire.

The union president says the contract they rejected in November was not as generous as the ones approved by workes in Arkansas.

Findlay Cooper Tire workers have been locked out since November.
