FINDLAY -- For the first time since early December, both sides of the lock out at Cooper Tire in Findlay returned to the bargaining table.

The tire maker and members of the United Steelworkers Local 207 are trying to end the months long contract stalemate.

More than a thousand union workers have been locked out of their jobs since November 28, 2011.

Temporary workers have taken their place.
