TOLEDO -- Toledo police are investigating a pair of shootings that happened just hours and miles apart in West Toledo.

First, at around 7pm Saturday night, Michael Wrwing was shot near West Sylvania and Vermaas Avenues. Then about 8:30pm Shawn Simms was shot near West Sylvania and Lagrange Street.

Both victims are expected to survive. So far no arrests have been made.
