TOLEDO -- Right before the holiday shopping rush, the Woodville Mall faces structural problems that could force them to shut their doors.
Woodville warned tenants Friday they could receive eviction notices as early as Monday because of health concerns throughout the mall, mainly lack of heat and a leaky roof.
The Wood County Health Department and building inspectors are expected to arrive at the mall today and make a final decision as to if the mall will remain open--or close.
If the mall closes, more than 15 stores will be out of business right before the holidays.
