TOLEDO -- U.S. Marshal Rodney Hartzell is back from vacation and flush with cash he wants to hand out to people who will turn in two really bad guys who are wanted for murder.
Martrece Dobson attended a candlelight vigil for a young lady who was murdered a year ago. While there, he opened fire into the crowd and killed 25 year old Justin Smith. Now, the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is eager to take him down.
“Whatever Crimestopper gives you as a reward, I’ll double it,” Hartzell said.
Dobson’s family and attorney promised prosecutors that he would turn himself in, but that was five weeks ago and Hartzell is tired of waiting.
In this week’s two for one, double your money edition of Fugitive of the Week, Hartzell also featured Quintin Helm, a coward first class who shoots people in the back.
On December 2, Helm robbed Tyrone Patterson, Jr. at East Delaware Ave. and Walnut St. While robbing him, Helm shot Patterson in the hand. As Patterson turned to flee, Helm shot him in the back as he ran away.
