After almost a month-long pursuit of a South Toledo murder suspect, police arrested 27-year-old Livorio Sandoval, Jr. in Dallas County, Texas on Thursday.
Toledo 911 dispatchers responded on October 26 to the scene of what they thought was a hit and run accident at the intersection of Broadway and Prouty. They discovered the driver, Alvaro Vallejo, deceased with a gunshot wound.
Police issued a warrant for Sandoval shortly after Sandoval will be held in Texas until he can be extradited back to Toledo.
