Findlay flooding closes roads

FINDLAY -- Before you head out the door this morning, expect the following road closures due to flooding:

-South River Road from Broad Avenue to CR 140
-Howard Street from Broad Avenue to the rear of the west Walmart
-East Main cross street at the Osborn Bridge
-East Main cross street from South Blanchard Street to Osborn Avenue stall road
-South Blanchard Street from East Pearl Street to Hobart Avenue
