Michigan man confesses to killing wife

Police in Isabella County say a Chippewa Township man has told authorities he killed his wife. Isabella County Sheriff Leo Mioduszewski says deputies found the 51-year-old woman's body in a pole barn in central Michigan's Chippewa Township.

The Morning Sun of Mount Pleasant reports the 56-year-old man walked into the sheriff's department Friday evening and told deputies he had shot his wife. He's being held in the Isabella County Jail in Mount Pleasant. Police haven't released the identities of the victim or the suspect.
