Gas prices rise again

TOLEDO -- The Lundberg survey of fuel prices now puts the average price of regular gasoline at $3.57.

That is an increase of seven cents over the past two weeks and 76 cents higher than the price during this time last year.

Billings, Montana has the nation's lowest average price at $3.27 and the highest can be found in San Francisco at $3.97.
