HILLSDALE CO., MI -- FBI agents in armored vehicles have captured the ninth and final identified member of an area militia group they say had plans to kill police officers.

Agents say 21-year-old Joshua Matthew Stone surrendered Monday evening at a home in Hillsdale County. The arrest follows a raid over the weekend in Lenawee County where federal agents nabbed eight other members of the so-called "Hutaree" militia.

Investigators say militia members made explosives and had plans to kill a Michigan police officer and then bomb others at the funeral.

All nine alleged members are now indicted on charges including seditious conspiracy and attempt to use weapons of mass destruction.

Among the members are two Ohio men: Jacob Ward of Huron and Kristopher Sickles of Sandusky. Sickles' wife told reporters with the AP that her husband is an avid gun collector but would not have been part of a conspiracy.

Stone will be formally arraigned in a Detroit federal court Tuesday afternoon.
