TOLEDO -- An estimated 25 percent of Toledo’s population lives in poverty. But this weekend, you can help put an end to hunger in Northwest Ohio by attending the Guiney & Grimes concert in downtown Toledo.

WNWO is teaming up with the Toledo Free Press, Columbia Gas and the WNWO Moms on the Go to help put food on the table for an estimated 80,000 people in Lucas County.

This Saturday, a band made up of former “The Bachelor” star Bob Guiney and former E.R. star Scott Grimes will be playing at Forrester's on the River in downtown Toledo.

Tickets are $40 and all proceeds go to Food for Thought, a non-profit that provides lunches, hygiene products, winter survival backpacks and relationships to the homeless every Saturday morning across from Toledo’s Main Public Library. One ticket will feed nine families for 4 days.

You can buy tickets online at www.toledofreefromhunger.org.
