TOLEDO -- Going, going, gone? Not quite, but Toledo gas prices have fallen 10 cents per gallon in the past week, now averaging $3.63 on Sunday, according to ToledoGasPrices.com.
Prices were 16 cents lower than the same day one year ago and 15.5 cents lower than a month ago. National averages are also falling--now 15 cents per gallon lower than this day one year ago, according to GasBuddy.
"The national average has seemingly found some relative stability in the last week," said Patrick DeHaan, senior petroleum analyst for GasBuddy.com. "And while the national average hasn't seen much movement, some areas of the country have seen volatility continue, mainly in the Great Lakes states where prices may again be poised to rise in the next couple of days as wholesale prices reverberate as refineries continue their maintenance schedules and the progressive switch over to summer gasoline continues."
