A Toledo man charged with killing a man and wounding two others with a gun during two separate incidents was sentenced to 30 years in prison on Monday.

According to court documents, 21-year-old James Sutton IV was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter in the death of 25-year-old Torian Tall, who was killed by a stray bullet at Valero Gas Station last April. Sutton was also convicted of two counts of felonious assault, stemming from a separate incident.

Sutton withdrew his previous plea of not guilty and entered an Alford plea, which acknowledges there is enough evidence to convict him, as part of a plea bargain, according to court documents.
