Winter Storm Watch kicks in Tuesday!
 / Source: Weatherbug
A nice start to the work week with plenty of sunshine and nearly no wind today. Under mostly sunny skies with light breezes from the north, highs top out in the mid and upper 30s. Enjoy while you can!
We cloud up overnight with lows in the mid 20s. After a quiet morning, we will see a wintery mix work it's way into Northwest Ohio. A Winter Storm Watch goes into effect at noon through late Tuesday night... I have a feeling it may be extended into the day Wednesday - stay tuned.
The wintery mix of snow and sleet will accumulate to 2 to 4 inches in Northwest Ohio. In southern Michigan, a wet, heavy snow could total more than a half foot in spots by Tuesday evening. Toward Findlay and further south into central Ohio, this will be a mainly rain event. The exact track of the center of the storm is not etched in stone, so stay tuned, but it looks like we could see some school kids enjoy another snow day come Wednesday morning.
Wednesday will offer more in the way of fairly widespread snow showers with highs in the mid 30s. Expect more flurries on Thursday and Friday with highs in the lower 30s.
Don't forget the sunglasses on the way out the door!
