Singers Chris Brown and Drake are suing each other over a brawl last June at a New York nightclub.
They're accusing each other of starting the fight last June at W.I.P. the suit was filed in response to an ongoing lawsuit by French model Romain Julien. He's suing both artists for injuries he received during the altercation.
Chris Brown is on probation until 2014. Brown pled guilty to assaulting singer Rihanna on the eye of the Grammy Awards back in 2009.
