TIFFIN -- UPDATE: 1 dead in shooting on 4th Ave. in Tiffin 

Tiffin police are at the scene of a shooting on Fourth Avenue on Friday morning.

Dispatchers confirm the shooting happened around 7 a.m., but would not provide any further details about the victim or suspect.
