Toledo Mayor Mike Bell will give his State of the City address outlining his goals for the city in 2013 on Monday.

Those goals include continuing street paving, adding more police cameras in high crime neighborhoods and tearing down blighted properties, according to a media release from the city of Toledo.

The mayor's speech will be delivered at the Park Inn on Summit Street at 12 p.m. The address will be held at the regular meeting of the Downtown Toledo Rotary Club. Watch live stream of Mayor Bell's address.
