TOLEDO -- A 19-year-old man accused of shooting at a Toledo police cruiser will appear in Toledo Municipal Court for a preliminary hearing on Thursday.

Logan LeComte is the second suspect arrested in connection to the shooting, which took place in the 1200 block of Starr Avenue in east Toledo last Tuesday. According to the court affidavit, Officers Matt Kovacs and Doug Rasikwere were inside the vehicle when the suspects opened fire on the cruiser, but they were not injured.

LeComte and the other suspect, 20-year-old Jonathan Figueroa, have been charged with felonious assault and vandalism. Both are being held at the Lucas County jail on $100,000 bonds.
