Windchills well below zero at times

We're breezy and dangerously cold again today with a shot at more flurries and snow showers.  The Arctic Outbreak maxes out today with highs struggling to get into the double digits - highs will be 11 or 12 degrees.  Blustery winds will continue to deliver feels-like temps getting well below zero.  The Wind Chill Advisory has been extended through 11am Wednesday as WC's will foster frostbite and hypothermia with prolonged outdoor exposure.

It doesn't look like we'll be much better tomorrow as we'll start out in the single digits again Wednesday morning with highs in the mid and upper teens and WC's below zero at times during the afternoon.  The chance of flurries and snow showers hangs around through at least the evening hours.

It looks like we'll get close to 20 degrees for highs on Thursday (remember - our average high is now at 33 degrees for this date on the calendar as averaged over the past 30 years).  We may even see some sunshine during the day!

Friday we'll add some widespread, light accumulating snows with highs in the mid 20's.  That will set us up for another dip in temps as we get on the backside of the storm system heading into the weekend.

Dress and drive with caution!
