TOLEDO -- Henry Clark has owned his central Toledo barber shop for decades. He is always open on Mondays, and that was no different today despite the federal Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.

Today, customers were able to watch the second inauguration of President Barack Obama while getting a haircut. Barber Ted Franklin, an Obama supporter, hopes the next four years will see more progress.

"I hope that they change a lot of ways that has been to the ways that need to be," he said.

The shelves inside the barber shop are adorned with photos of the First Family and signed letters from then-candidate Obama thanking Clark for his financial support in 2008. To this day, Clark marvels at Obama's 2008 electoral triumph.

"I was so happy, I didn't believe it, I had to pinch myself," he said.
