The U.S. Marshals' Fugitive of the Week is wanted by the Lakewood Police Department for the kidnapping and alleged rape of a child under the age of 14.

According to the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, 39-year-old Robert "Bobby" Thomas raped the child from August of 2012 until October 2012.

Police describe Thomas as a black male with black hair and brown eyes, 5'10" tall and weighing 240 pounds. Thomas is believed to be hiding somewhere in the Cleveland area. He also had a previous address near the 3300 block of West 125th Street in Cleveland.
