Man dies after car ends up in Wauseon ditch

WAUSEON -- An Archbold man has been found dead after his vehicle was found submerged in water in Fulton county.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol say the fatal accident happened on County Road 15, south of County Road C in Clinton Township. However, they say they have yet to determine when the crash occurred.

Late Sunday morning, a passerby reported a vehicle submerged in water in a ditch along the Wauseon Reservoir. Authorities then found the body of Michael Rocha, of Archbold, inside.

Authorities say Rocha was not wearing a seat belt.
