SANDUSKY -- The parents and grandmother of a malnourished 18-month old disabled boy in Erie County have now been charged with his death.

The indictment was returned Monday in Sandusky against Adrienne Bartholomew and James Brothers and a grandmother, Debra Nelson, all of Vermilion.

They each facs charges of involuntary manslaughter and endangering five other kids that were removed from the home and treated for malnourishment.

Investigators say when the couple's baby died in November, he weighed 12 pounds, about half of what a typical 18 month old should weigh.

All three are behind bars in Erie County.
