Ice fisherman drowns in Lenawee Co.

LENAWEE CO. -- A Michigan man is dead after drowning while ice fishing on a lake in Lenawee County.

The Sheriff's Department says 62-year-old Michael Shofstell of saline fell through the ice while fishing in Timber Lake.

His body was pulled from about 18 feet of water after rescuers searched 90 minutes for him yesterday.,

Another man Shofstell was fishing with also fell through the ice but survived.
