SYLVANIA -- Update: Police say they have found Meadows safe and sound.

Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating a Sylvania teenager missing since Tuesday afternoon.

Sylvania Township Police say Anassia Meadows, 15, was last seen at her family's McLain Road home around 2 p.m. Tuesday. The case is being treated as a missing person/runaway.

Meadows is a student at Sylvania Northview High School, according to her Facebook page. She is described as a white female, 5'7" tall, 220 lbs., with reddish-brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Sylvania Twp. police at 419-882-2055.
