TOLEDO -- A Lucas County judge has reportedly agreed to seal the court record after the grandson of the famous Tony Packo's Hot Dog restaurant founder was acquitted of theft charges.

Tony Packo, III and the company's former controller were found not guilty in October of scheming to steal $250,000 from the eatery made famous on the TV series "M-A-S-H."

The ruling means the case will be erased from the public forum.    A family fight had put the future of Tony Packo's in doubt until a sale this year.
