Brrr... 25 degrees cooler than yesterday

We've been spoiled by some very warm air these past few days/daze?!  Yes, a real wake-up call today as temps return to where they should be this time of year.  Sunshine will prevail - but high temps will only get into the upper 30's this afternoon as Canadian high pressure builds into the region.  Normal highs are right around 40 degrees - not in the 60's as we have enjoyed since the weekend.

Overnight we'll mainly clear with seasonable lows in the mid 20's.  Expect more sunshine early on Thursday with filtered sunshine by the afternoon.  It will be warmer with highs in the mid 40's.

Looking toward the weekend - a nice warm-up is in store from Friday right into the beginning of next week.  Highs will get into the mid and upper 40's Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.  That all sounds good but we will see periods of showers for four days straight and then we will see temperatures plunge.  On the backside of the storm system which wraps up on Monday comes some cold air and likely snow showers by Tuesday morning.  This chilly pattern may stick around for a while.
