TOLEDO -- Investigators are trying to figure out what sparked an early morning house fire in North Toledo.

The fire broke out around 2 a.m. in the back room of a duplex at 323 Condley Drive.

Fire crews were able to put the fire out quickly and contain it before it spread to upper levels of the home. The house sustained minor damage to the first floor.

We're told the home is occupied but no one was inside at the time.

No injuries were reported and the cause remains under investigation.
