New trial date set for Moody Manor shooting suspects

TOLEDO -- A new trial date has been scheduled for three suspects in a shooting at the Moody Manor apartment complex that left a one-year-old girl dead.

Keshawn Jennings, James Moore, and Antwaine Jones, will now face trial on January 28th, 2013, vacating the scheduled court date of December 10, 2012. Bond for each defendant will continue at $5,000,000, as set by Judge Frederick H. McDonald.

The three suspects face 11 felony counts each, including murder, and aggravated murder, in connection to a August 9 shooting at the Moody Manor apartments. The shooting killed 1-year-old Keondra Hooks and injured two-year-old Leondra Hooks.

The defendants have until December 18, 2012 to file any written motions.
