Mostly cloudy and cool this afternoon

A weak frontal boundary to our south and west will throw clouds at the region this afternoon.  These clouds will be rain free, but with little in the way of solar heating we will be on the cool side of normal by about five degrees.  Under mostly cloudy skies highs top out near 40 degrees this afternoon.

Overnight we'll see partial clearing with lows in the mid 20's.  Some sunsine is in store Tuesday but we stay in the ice box as highs only get into the mid and upper 30's.

Wednesday we begin to turn things around with more sunsine and highs climbing back into the lower 40's.  The warm up continues for the remainder of the week with highs getting into the low and mid 50's by the time we get into the weekend.  Our next shot at precip comes in the form of rain showers Saturday night and Sunday.

Have a great start to the work week!
