PERRYSBURG -- Downtown Perrysburg Inc. presented Home for the Holidays Parade on Sunday, at 4 p.m.

Hundreds of people turned out for the parade.

The parade included the Perrysburg girls varsity soccer team serving as Grand Marshals, Perrysburg High School marching band, Perrysburg Musical Theatre group, Perrysburg Musical Theatre Junior Jazzers and Prevention Partners PASA Teen Board.

The parade began at Toth Elementary, continued down Louisiana Avenue, ending on Elm St.

Perrysburg resident, Debbie Mills, commented about the parade saying, “It is really nice for the community and it is nice for the kids. They usually throw candy out in the streets for the kids. It is nice to see the veterans.”
