The WNWO Fugitive of the Week is wanted by Toledo police for felonious assault with a sawed-off shotgun.

According to U.S. Marshals, 32-year-old Danny Heath went to 1707 Oakwood and got into a dispute with a resident at the house. Heath then reportedly retrieved a sawed-off shotgun from his vehicle and shot at the resident. The victim retreated behind the door and heard a blast and several shotgun pellets hit the door and door frame.

Heath ran to his vehicle and escaped before police could respond.

U.S. Marshals report Heath has a long criminal history, including aggravated vehicular assault, domestic violence and felony drug trafficking. His last known address is the 500 block of Colburn in Toledo. He has a tattoo the right side of his neck and upper right bicep that say "South."

If anyone has any information on the location of Heath, please contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED or the Toledo Police at (419)-255-1111.
