An 18-year-old man is behind bars on charges of shooting and killing his ex-girlfriend in North Toledo on Sunday night.

According to Toledo police, 19-year-old Crejonnia "CJ" Bell was shot four times in the head and chest outside her home on Weber Street around 10:30 p.m. Bell was rushed to an area hospital, where she later died from her injuries.

Traquawn Gibson, identified as Bell's ex-boyfriend, was shot in the leg during the incident. He was arrested and charged with murder after he was released from the hospital.
