An estimated 133 million Americans will cast ballots in Tuesday's election, many because they feel it is their civic duty to do so.

But, there are those that don't mind the added bonuses that come along with casting your ballot.

Each year a handful of national and local shops offer freebies to those that present their "I voted" sticker provided at the polls.

Despite the fact Rick Hasen, a professor of law and political science at the University of California at Irvine, says that giving freebies for voting in a federal election is illegal. Businesses can get around this proscription, he noted, by giving free items to anyone who wants them on Election Day instead of making the offer exclusive to customers who have voted.

Here's a list of some of the promotions being offered this time around:

The McDonalds at 1470 E Wooster Street in Bowling Green is offering free coffee to those that show their " I voted" sticker.

At all Starbucks locations, the coffee chain is offering free wristbands to thank the public for supporting its Create Jobs for USA campaign.

Tim Horton's is offering voters a Free doughnut to voters but you do have to buy a drink first.

Boston Market is offering everyone a free Market Bowl, on November 6th, with a purchase of a bowl and a drink. A coupon is required, which will be available on the company website and its Facebook page.
