TOLEDO -- Three men, first charged with obstructing justice in connection to the deadly shooting at the Moody Manor Apartments are now facing murder charges.

18-year-old Antwaine Jones, 20-year-old Keshawn Jennings and 20-year-old James Moore have been indicted on a wide range of charges including aggravated murder, murder and attempted murder.

They were arrested shortly after the August incident that left 1-year-old Keondra Hooks dead and her 2-year-old sister Leondra Hooks, seriously injured.

At first they were charged with lying to investigators about the shooting but now they are facing murder charges.  They are in custody.
