Owens hosting clothing swap

Owens Community College is reaching out to those with a limited clothing budget by hosting a clothing swap October 16th.

The event called "Swap It Up" will be from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. in the Audio/Visual Classroom Center, Rooms 125-128.  The event is free and open to the public.  Attendees should bring gently used, folded clothing of all sizes for adult men and women.  All donated items must be freshly washed and not have stains, holes, broken zippers, or missing buttons.  Individuals will be given a ticket voucher for each item donated to the event.  That voucher will enable attendees to choose from the already donated clothing selection.

Items not claimed with be donated to Cherry Street Mission Ministries.
