TOLEDO -- Opening statements were given Friday in the trial of Tony Packo's grandson and the company's controller.
Tony Packo, III and Cathleen Dooley are accused of stealing more than a quarter million dollars from the hot dog eatery made famous on the TV series "M-A-S-H".
Prosecutors say the two worked together to steal the money over a four year peroid. But defense attorneys argue the charges are untrue and stem from a family feud over control of the company.
The restaurant chain was sold earlier this year.
