Promedica is trying to do it's part to make sure they have the best job applicants to fill future positions. So today they reached out to local high school students to make them aware of all the job opportunities available in the medical field.

Promedica says that it is already seeing a shortage of qualified employees in certain fields and they want to make sure that teens in Northwest Ohio know what options are available to them. This is the first time that Promedica has ever had a seminar like this but they say they are looking into doing it again in the future.
