The Toledo Police Department is asking for your help. They need to find out who the man in the following video is. They say he pushed an 80-year-old women down to the ground and took off with her purse on Sunday.
The victim, Doris Toeppe, told police that she was trying to get into her car at the Big Lots on Alexis Road when the crook attacked her and took her purse. She was not hurt in the attack.
