COLUMBUS -- President Obama's campaign has won a court victory against Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted.

A federal judge is giving all voters in Ohio the option of casting their ballot in person three days before Election Day.

The preliminary injunction rates a state law that cuts off early voting for more residents on the Friday night before the Tuesday election.

The President's campaign along with other Democrats sued husted over the legality of the law.

They claim everyone should have a chance to vote on those three days.  Attorneys for Ohio say local elections boards need time to prepare.
