TOLEDO -- The Susan G. Komen Foundation and KeyBank are launching a program on Wednesday to serve uninsured, low-income women in the Toledo area.

They are holding a Regional Breast Health Summit this morning at 8 a.m. at the Toledo-Lucas County Library, followed by training of Komen Community Health Advisors. Toledo is becoming the fifth KeyBank city to benefit from the Health Advisors.

The bank is donating $1 million to Komen to launch the training in 18 cities across the U.S. The inititative, which kicked off in Cleveland in April, is to help keep death rates from breast cancer lower in minority and underserved populations.
