TOLEDO -- One of the former owners of Toledo's famous hot dog restaurant, Tony Packo's wants to regain control of the company.

Robin Horvath is asking an appeals court in Toledo to nullify the sale of Packo's to a private restaurant group.

Horvath has been battling his cousins for more than a year over ownership of Tony Packo's.

The namesake's grandson and the company's former controller are both facing criminal charges for stealing more than a $100,000 from the hot dog eatery.
