A third man, Keyshawn Jennings was also arrested on the same charge of obstruction of justice and ordered held on $500,000 bond.
Last Thursday 1-year-old Keondra Hooks and 2-year-old Leondra Hooks were shot as they were sleeping on the living room floor inside a residence in the Moody Manor apartment complex. Keondra died on Friday; Leondra is expected to make a full recovery. Police have not yet charged anyone with the actual shooting.
After the arraignment Tamatha Hamilton, an aunt of the two toddlers, said that her family still has many questions. "The family still wants to know why our family was targeted, that is what we want to know," Ms. Hamilton said.
